It was a scary leap but so glad we did. One of the best decisions we have ever made. Our house feels like a resort. Tom and his team have exceeded our expectations in every way. The Design, attention to detail and craftsmanship phenomenal. Every day they came to our house was a pleasure to watch them work. The color palette, framing , hardscape, steps, landscaping, lighting , drainage all turned out better than we had hoped. We never felt like they cut corners or went the easy way. We feel incredibly lucky that we went with landmark. Special thanks to all the people who worked on our house! It was worth every penny.

WOW This is our third time working with Landmark Custom landscape. Not only are the designs beautiful but the crews are hard working and happy. They also use large crews so they knock out the work quickly! We are very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail. We were referred to Landmark by a trusted friend/coworker. I had seen their backyard and fell in love with the design and modern aesthetic. We had a previous contractor and design that we were working with and decided to move forward with Landmark. They made the process easy for us by obtaining the city and association approvals for our backyard and front yard. Quite the experience! Beautiful, on budget and on time! While there is no shortage of construction horror stories, there are few that leave a lasting positive impression; this is the latter. Landmark Custom Landscape was a referral to us from family members who used them a decade ago. Those yards still look beautiful and they said they had a good experience so we invited Tom to come out. From the initial interactions, it was positive. The design conversations with Tom and Isaac provided many great ideas which we incorporated with our own ideas, ultimately resulting in a backyard design that exceeded our expectations. (And yes, they did a great job being flexible to all of our design changes). The true test of any home improvement project is to ask yourself, how has the project turned out after a period of time. It has been approximately 3 years since Landmark broke ground on an almost complete remodel of our rear yard. The project included a custom spa with 2 infinity edges, a raised Trex deck with a custom fire pit, travertine decking, lawn and planting. Every day I either look at the completed work or am outside enjoying it, I can't say thank you enough to Tom and his fantastic crew for a job we will enjoy forever. If any issues or corrections ever come up, someone from Tom's crew is out to resolve it. Thank you again Tom for everything you did for us.

From start to finish Tom Chung and his entire team delivered! Before we committed to using Landmark, Tom created virtual drawings of what our yard would look like! He showed us his vision and let us make adjustments, which really made us feel comfortable about what we were going to get. His team was respectful and hard-working, there at least 5 or 6 days per week until the completion of our project. The end result was even better than we imagined! After completion when we had a couple small things come up, the Landmark team has been super responsive. The communication and professionalism of Landmark was outstanding! I highly recommend using these guys!

Several of the other design build contractors would not take on my project because they wanted to design it from the beginning. World-class service! We couldn't ask for a better and smoother process. Our family is new to Orange County and we went to search for landscaping/spa companies by using google/yelp :) but it turned out we have picked the best one. We had a great experience working with Tom, Rania, and the entire Landmark team! Tom does both the design and construction so you can use him for both. Tom handled the paperwork, city permits, etc. Rania is very patient and detailed to review the finishes, colors, materials, and options available. The crew that Tom uses is awesome, comes everyday on time, and cleans up after each day. They were pushing to get every milestone of the project completed on time (if not earlier). Given today's environment, I was amazed how great and solid the crew was. After the project is complete and there are any issues, Tom is quick to have someone take a look and resolve it. I had a great experience with Landmark Custom Landscape. They designed and built a beautiful backyard for me in just over three months -- pool, jacuzzi, deck, stone patio, putting green, Ipe wood wall, and flowering plants. The results are excellent. I am grateful I hired them and not a less experienced team. They did what they said they would do. They did it fast. And they did it very well. I highly recommend them.

What can I say, the reviews don't lie - Tom and his entire Landmark team are fantastic from start to finish. From the initial bid/design, to breaking ground and completing our project on schedule, Landmark truly delivered in building out a beautiful finished product (which looks just like the original 3D rendering). We, as well as all our neighbors, were so impressed with their hardscape crew - 5 to 6 workers showed up EVERY morning at 7am, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. Iam so glad I hired Landmark to a total backyard makeover. Their work is excellent. I shopped around other contractors and Landmarks design took our breath away! They know how to transform a yard. I had pool, spa and firepit built in my Fountain Valley home and everything is just like the design they presented me at first. We just finished our back and front yard done from Landmark Custom Landscape, we been getting the quotes from different companies and it took more than an year for us to decide to who should we go to get the work done and we made the right decision to go with this company. Tom has an amazing crew to do any or every job. They were coming on time everyday 6 days a week.
