The team at Landmark takes great pride in providing every client with exceptional service. Backed by long-lasting industry experience, we guide each client through each step of the process,
from creating a beautiful design according to the client's wishes to building it out perfectly and leaving the client breathless when the project is finished.
Initial Meeting & Design Review
At the start of each project, we schedule an initial kickoff meeting to understand the client’s goals, budget, design needs, site conditions, and more. After the meeting, we connect with clients again to share our design and review the project scope in greater detail. This is typically where clients will decide to work with us or not.
Project Collaboration
If the client decides to move forward with Landmark, we can collaborate with the client in any way they wish. Our team of designers will work on necessary permits, material selection, plants, and other design details with the client. We have an extensive showroom where clients can make informed decisions about the materials in person.
Construction Begins
We send a full crew to the site, and they work six days a week until the project is complete. We leverage great field-to-office technology to stay on top of the progress and respond to clients any time they have questions.
Final Site Walkthrough
This is our favorite part — seeing the looks on our client's face as they take in the backyard transformation for the very first time. We do a site walkthrough to go over our work and provide guidance on proper maintenance of the brand-new outdoor living space.
